The Little City Referee Team works diligently to ensure safety, fairness, and game-flow at every practice, scrimmage, and bout.  We strive to support and promote the sport of flat-track roller derby.  This requires not only skating skills, but also a thorough understanding of the rules of the game.

We officiate all Little City bouts and scrimmages.  We also travel to assist other leagues throughout the region.  Teams are welcome to contact us for staffing their events.

Referees must be at least 18 years old and…

• Learn basic derby skating skills.
• Learn the WFTDA ruleset.
• Regularly attend team practices.
• Show integrity and good judgement.
• Do what is right and fair, on track and off.
